Why Fitness

See it as it is!

We like the gym. In fact we love it! Monday to Friday we sit in our office and excitedly peek at our gym bag impatiently waiting for the clock to tick to 5pm so we can run to the weight room. Ahhh, what a nice feeling it is! Knowing that we are going to be sweating our butts off and working off our tuna salad lunches and Heineken Beers from the night before. We love the idea running free on the treadmill next to some hot dude/dudette at the gym.
Or
NOT!
Ok seriously wake up! You know it's really not like that! In fact, we despise the gym. We dread going there. We dislike the fact that we have to undress into a tight set of spandex, get all sweaty and inhale the recycled oxygen at the gym.
But we still make it to this addictive disgusting place!
Do you know why??????
One answer - ENDORPHINS!
The deep feeling of euphoria and inner satisfaction. WOWZERSSSSSSSSSS!

So stop making excuses and stop dreading it - it's 5pm so pack up and make your way to that magical place. :)
